Claim for reimbursement
If there has been an error in our electricity supply, you may be subject to receive compensation by filling in a compensation application. For interruptions of more than 12 hours, we will automatically pay the standard statutory compensation without a separate application. We process applications on a case-by-case basis.
Fill out the form carefully and as soon as possible (max. 2–3 months) after discovering the failure. Identify the damage and verify it with photos, for example. Always attach copies of receipts, repair estimates or statements, and photos of the damage to the application. Keep the broken equipment until a decision on compensation is made.
