Why does the fuse size affect the fixed fee?

The fuse size determines how much electricity a customer can draw from the network at a time. Larger fuse sizes require a stronger electrical power network to ensure electricity quality, resulting in higher network construction costs.

Once a customer has reserved the capacity from the network company according to the fuse size, the network company must be able to offer this, whether or not there is consumption at the location.
