Why is it useful to use underground cabling?

Replacing aging and fault-sensitive overhead cables with weather-proof underground cables means more reliable electricity distribution for our customers and, in the event of a fault, faster electricity recovery.

Increasing network automation will help speed up troubleshooting, meaning that electricity distribution can be re-routed from a damaged network to a functioning part of the network.
