I live in a building heated with district heating, and so far the house has been suitably warm, but now the radiators are cold. What should I do?
First, make sure that there is nothing wrong with the heat distribution. Disruptions in the electrical power network are rare and always reported. So check the service and disruption notices.
1. If the heat distribution is in order and you live in a detached house, check the situation in the heat distribution room.
2. If you suspect a leak in an exchanger or there is no heat, please contact our technical support or our fault service immediately.
3. If you live in a housing company, report the fault to your property maintenance company.
