I've lost my invoice. What should I do?

You can check your invoice from your Energy Account or by contacting our customer service.

In your Energy Account, you can access your network service invoices (distribution invoices) if your electricity provider does not charge for the distribution and sale of electricity on a single invoice. Contracts and invoices related to electricity sales can be found in the electricity provider's online service.
