From where does the app get access to my customer data, and how does it ensure data security?

When you are logged in as a user, the Oulun Energia mobile app receives your customer information from your Energy Account. We comply with the Personal Data Act when processing customer data.

What kinds of features does the Oulun Energia mobile app have?

In the Oulun Energia mobile application, you can easily monitor your electricity and heat consumption, get quick access to customer service, and follow the rising fish in the Merikoski fish pass when the pass is open.

What devices/operating system versions does the app support?

To use the app, you need a smartphone or tablet with an iOS or Android operating system. Unfortunately, the app does not have Windows Phone support.

Can I use the Oulun Energia mobile app on a computer, too?

The app can only be accessed from a mobile device.
