What kinds of features does the Oulun Energia mobile app have?

In the Oulun Energia mobile application, you can easily monitor your electricity and heat consumption, get quick access to customer service, and follow the rising fish in the Merikoski fish pass when the pass is open.

You can also view the latest interruption notices in our distribution network areas in the app. In the event of a power outage, you can check the outage situation conveniently on the national outage map.

If you have an Energy Account ID, use it to log in to the app and to access all of the app's features. If you do not have an Energy Account ID, register for the service at www.energiatili.fi. All Oulun Energia's district heating customers and Oulun Energia Sähköverkko Oy's customers can register as users of the Energy Account.
