Where can I get a user ID for the Energy Account?

All customers of Oulun Energia and Oulun Energia Sähköverkko can register for an Energy Account at www.energiatili.fi.

You can register as a user by using your online banking credentials as identification, or using the identification on your electricity or district heating invoice. In addition, you must have a valid email address.

What kinds of features does the Oulun Energia mobile app have?

In the Oulun Energia mobile application, you can easily monitor your electricity and heat consumption, get quick access to customer service, and follow the rising fish in the Merikoski fish pass when the pass is open.

What devices/operating system versions does the app support?

To use the app, you need a smartphone or tablet with an iOS or Android operating system. Unfortunately, the app does not have Windows Phone support.

Can I use the Oulun Energia mobile app on a computer, too?

The app can only be accessed from a mobile device.
