I've moved to a new apartment, and I forgot to sign an electricity contract. What do I do?

Call the customer service of the electricity provider of your choice so that the contract can enter into force as soon as possible. Be prepared that, at the time of moving in, the apartment may not have electricity or it may be cut off unexpectedly. Network companies are obliged to cut off electricity from apartments without electricity contracts.

We make connections on weekdays from 8.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., in which case the connection is free of charge if it has been ordered no later than the previous working day or the same working day by 2.00 p.m. Otherwise, a connection fee will be charged in accordance with our price list.
