We will introduce Oulun Energia’s Digital Services to our private customers in the summer of 2024. By the end of the year, our corporate clients will also have access to the updated service.

The OE Digital Services will replace the Energiatili.fi service currently in use by the end of 2024. During the pilot phase, the Digital Service will operate simultaneously alongside the Energiatili.fi service. The Energiatili.fi service will be phased out once the development of the new Digital Service has been fully completed.

What properties does the OE Digital Services have?

You will find the features familiar from the Energiatili.fi service incorporated into the OE Digital Service.

• Consumption data reporting: Monitor electricity and heat consumption data clearly and in real time.
• Monitor place-of-use, connection, and contract data: Manage data easily and accurately.
• Invoices and open balances: Conveniently see invoice information and check balances.
• Updating contact information and marketing permissions: Manage your contact information and marketing preferences.
