Electricity meter inspection request
If you suspect a measurement error, send us a request to check your electricity meter. After the inspection, we will provide you with an inspection report to find out if the meter has measured correctly according to its accuracy class. We will also inform you of any further action.
The inspection is free of charge if we find that the error is at least twice the accuracy class of the meter. Otherwise, we will charge a fee in accordance with the metering price list.
If the electricity invoice for the meter to be inspected is due before the inspection results are received, we ask that you pay the invoice in full. We will refund the portion of the invoice that turns out to be unjustified.
