The document should state the following
- Location (a subscription location address with a postal code or a subscription ID)
- Current owner, that is, the seller(s) in the real estate transaction, meaning the transferer(s) of the connection contract with their social security number or business ID
- New owner, that is, the buyer(s) in the real estate transaction, meaning the recipient(s) of the connection contract with their social security number or business ID
- Date from which the connection is transferred to the receiver of the connection contract
- Mention of the transfer of connection
- Signatures of each party
- When transferring a district heating connection, the date of the right of ownership, which is the date of moving in, must also appear in the document

In the case of semi-detached houses where the building has a common electricity connection, the document must indicate how the ownership of the connection is divided between the semi-detached houses when there is one connection on the property. If necessary, please attach a management agreement, etc., showing how ownership of the connection contract is divided between the semi-detached houses.
Electronic signature and details of the person completing the form
The contract for the transfer of a district heating connection must always be signed either on paper or electronically.
You can choose to have the contract signed electronically. If you do not want the contract to be sent for signature electronically, a paper version with a return envelope will be sent for signature.
