Energiatili closes down on January 31, 2025 – make sure to sign up for the new OE Digital Service
Oulu Energy has introduced a new online customer channel, called OE Digital Service. It replaces the existing Energiatili. Energiatili closes down at the end of January, after which it is no longer possible to log in to the service. Starting in February, users will be redirected from www.energiatili.fi to the new service.
In the new OE Digital Service, you can easily view data for your electricity connection and place of use as well as your invoices. You can also monitor your electricity consumption and production of electricity or the consumption of district heat. You can also manage the status of your disruption and service interruption bulletins and add other recipients for disruption and service interruption bulletins for your place of use.
Logging in the OE Digital Service requires strong authentication. With strong electronic authentication, OE Digital Service users can securely verify their identity. You cannot log in to OE Digital Service with your existing Energiatili credentials.

Logging in to the mobile app will also soon require strong authentication
Our customers can access services provided by the Oulu Energy mobile app directly on their phone in the future as well. In the past, logging in to the mobile app required Energiatili credentials. Going forward, logging in to the mobile app will require strong authentication. A new version of the mobile app requiring strong authentication will be released in app stores during week 5.
