Our customer service contact details will change from February 5th
We aim to improve our customers' service experience by simplifying our contact information. From now on, our customer service representative will assist you with Oulun Energia's electricity network inquiries under a single number. The same change applies to Oulun Energia's district heating. Please note that through the new customer service numbers, you will have direct access to billing advice and the cable map service. Our customer service email addresses will also change.
As part of the update, we are introducing the possibility of strong authentication for our customers. Strong authentication speeds up transactions and increases the level of data security.
The changes will take effect on February 5, 2025.
