Merisalo has extensive experience in the technology sector in various leadership roles. For the past 13 years, he has worked at the OP Group, where his most recent responsibilities have included modernising data development for AI capabilities, business management, and reporting needs. Additionally, he has a background in developing self-service channels (mobile and web channels), leading areas of expertise, supplier management, developing operating models, and strategic work.
