If you have been a customer of Energia 247 Oy, you must quickly enter into a new electricity sales contract with another electricity seller. Choose a new electricity seller that suits you by, for example, comparing prices and contract terms in the Energy Authority’s www.sahkonhinta.fi service.

In this case, the local distribution system operator Oulun Energia Sähköverkko Oy will act as a temporary electricity seller in the Oulu region until 29 December 2021. We will contact all our customers without a new seller by letter and will also remind you by SMS and phone if necessary.

If your new electricity sales contract has not come into force by 29 December 2021, your contract will be transferred to an electricity distributor in your region by a decision of the Energy Authority.
