Our redesigned mobile app is available in app stores
Oulun Energia’s redesigned mobile app is now available for download from Google’s and Apple’s app stores. The updated app provides easy and user-friendly access to your energy consumption data, for both electricity and district heating. You will now also be able to monitor the price of exchange electricity and receive news from Oulun Energia.
Oulun Energia has worked diligently to modernise the mobile application in recent months. The technology used in the mobile app has been completely replaced, allowing for a good user experience and active further development of the application.
“We’ve worked in the long-term to improve our customer experience across all our channels, and our mobile app is an important part of this. Our goal is to provide an excellent user experience and the best tools for our customers to optimise and monitor their energy consumption,” states Mira Juola, ICT and digitisation director at Oulun Energia.
The updated version of Oulun Energia’s mobile app also includes outage maps and notices, as well as Oulun Energia’s contact information. In May, you will also be able to watch the events of the Merikoski fish pass via live video feed.
“We will continue to develop the mobile app and we will be releasing completely new features in response to our customers’ needs in the course of this year,” shares Juola.
