What do I do if I can't pay my invoice by the due date?

If you need a short extended payment period for the invoice, for 10 days after the due date, you can pay the invoice without a payment reminder fee and the related costs. If you need a payment period longer than that, please contact the customer service of our partner Ropo to make a payment plan. Tel. +358 9 4246 1342 (local network charge/mobile charges apply) on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

We will send a reminder 14 days after the original due date with the added cost of the reminder and delay.

NOTE! This applies only to consumers and not to businesses. For business customers, the payment request can be sent immediately after the original invoice has expired.
